My story
Yoga entered my life in 2012 while I was studying political science, and it quickly became a transformative tool for building inner strength, sharpening my senses, and cultivating the ability to feel more presence. In my path of building a regular and structured personal practice, the discovery of the intensity and precision of the Ashtanga Yoga was a turning point, and it became a daily support, still guiding me today.
While working in the international development sector in India and later in the social sector in Paris, I decided to deepen my practice and completed a Teacher Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. In line with my work experience in the social sector, I began sharing the benefit of yoga with people in precarious situation - migrants women, asylum seekers, people in social centers. Amazed to see the physical and mental impact that yoga had on their life, I choose to dedicate myself to self-learning and teaching, first in Paris, balancing with my office job. In 2021, I made the decision to fully commit to teaching and moved to Lisbon to join the team at Agora Lisboa studio.

My training
My formal training began at Ashtanga Yoga Paris with Linda Munro and Gérald Disse. Since then, I keep studying and practicing with renowned Ashtanga teachers such as Chuck Miller, Richard Freeman, Mary Taylor, and Ty Landrum. In addition to my yoga practice, I explore Buddhist studies and meditation, and I have been training to become a meditation teacher.
My teaching
Since 2019, I’ve been teaching Ashtanga (Guided and Mysore style), Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga—primarily at Agora Lisboa studio in Lisbon. My classes are grounded in mindful alignment and a deep respect for each student’s individual path. Yoga and meditation are powerful, conscious, somatic practices that help us reconnect with ourselves, training us to cultivate presence, and live every day with greater clarity and intention. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, I offer step-by-step, accessible guidance that encourages self-awareness, challenge, and growth at your own pace. My teaching emphasizes inclusivity, compassion, and the transformative power of showing up, just as you are.
