Group classes
Ashtanga Full Led Primary Series
In this class, students are guided through all the postures of the Primary Series in unison. Led classes support Mysore students wishing to build endurance and concentration, as well as those who cannot or do not wish to join Mysore but still want to practice the Ashtanga sequence in a group. This class is recommended for regular Yoga practitioners familiar with the full Primary Series of Ashtanga
Ashtanga Short Form
Ashtanga Short Form is a one-hour guided class designed for days when there isn’t time for the full practice. It includes Sun Salutations, key standing and seated postures, and elements of the finishing sequence. This shortened format still supports strength, flexibility, and grounding—helping you stay connected to your practice, even on a busy day. Not suitable for complete beginners.
Ashtanga Level 2
This classe guide a dynamic sequence designed to build the actions, strength, and flexibility needed for a specific pose from the Ashtanga series. We explore body mechanics, offering a fresh perspective on the poses while keeping the practice fun and dynamic. Each session targets a different pose from the Primary Series and provides steps and modifications so all students -except complete beginners-can approach the posture at their level. This class is well suited for students who want to learn more advanced postures with informed, progressive tools.
Soft & Slow Vinyasa
This gentle, all-level class offers a slower-paced sequence designed to stretch and strengthen the body in a mindful, supportive way. With a mix of standing, seated, and lying postures, the practice soothes the nervous system while encouraging conscious movement. Poses can always be adapted to meet different body types, energy levels, and life stages.
